Review :

I have for the passed 7 years only worn Nike running shoes so I wasn’t a big fan of the design of the shoe at first, having been use to Nike’s style, but it is growing on me.

Whilst they did feel a bit heavy they are a dream to run in and I really enjoyed how comfortable and snug the upper felt around my foot.

I was surprised at how much cushion and support they offered while I still felt very much engaged with the surface I was running on. I feel like I can run forever in these shoes.

I logged 40km in these shoes in a little over 2 weeks, with the majority done on road surfaces and 1 trail run. I used them primarily for my long runs and a couple recovery runs. They are very stable shoes with no discomfort.

In my opinion the Glycerin 14’s are worth the hype. They are probably the best running shoes I have ever gone for a run in. The price is a bit steep but if you  are wanting a comfortable, yet reactive running shoe to log a lot of kilometers in, I highly recommend them.

I plan to use these shoes for my long runs throughout my marathon build-up.
